This episode is simple: it's you, me and a few important ideas from week two of the virtual event that I spent with Simon Sinek.
In particular, we explore how Simon's notion of a 'Just Cause' fits with Jim Collins' concepts such as Core Purpose, Core Values and vision.
I also mention a few of other of Simon's tips including why ¾ of an answer is more useful than 1.5 answers.
