In episode 96 we revisit a Series 1 interview with Australian Rules royalty: Paul Roos.
Roosy's interview provided great learnings that are more relevant than ever for us leaders in service-based businesses, so it's well worth another listen with fresh ears.
In particular, his focus on the character of potential team members and future leaders rather than competence really resonated with me during the interview, and I’ve been using it ever since in my daily life.
