In this episode, I'm going in hard.
Too much empathy is killing businesses and sucking the life out of service-based entrepreneurs.
Empathy has its place, but I argue it's being overdone by far too many leaders. It's time for some real talk on this topic and today's the day we're going to have that conversation.
