Recruitment is a critical step in building a strong team. While there is no magic recruiting solution, I’ll share my learnings and recommendations from my 15 years of experience growing a team from 1 to 150.

The key is to use a multi-person and multi-step selection process to avoid hiring culture ‘polluters’.
